Weekends are the best time to unwind after a long week at work. We look forward to either staying in or hanging out with our family and friends.
If you ask me, I start my weekend by spending at least an hour or 2 of my morning to workout. This helps me to feel energetic throughout the day, and even for the rest of the week. :)
